Returns & Cancellations

You can cancel an order or return goods within 14 days of receiving them, as set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To start a return, contact support@zovqix.com with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Some goods (for example sealed hygiene products once opened, or personalised items) cannot be returned unless faulty.

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
